    This service is recommended for customers who find it a hassle to order every month and prefer to use fresh products at any time rather than keeping them in stock.

  • Can anyone sign up for a subscription?

    Yes, anyone can sign up for a subscription. For customers who want to buy one product to check the quality before signing up for a subscription, we offer regular products.

  • How long is the contract for?

    The types of plans are as follows.

    -Light Plan: Contract renews monthly.
    -Basic Plan: Contract renews every 3 months.
    -Standard Plan: Contract renews every 6 months.
    -Premium Plan: Contract renews every 12 months.

  • What are the payment intervals?

    The payment intervals for each plan are as follows:

    -Light Plan: $405 per month (10% saving off RRP)
    -Basic Plan: $1149 per 3 months (15% saving off RRP)
    -Standard Plan: $2160 per 6 months ($2,160/6 months)
    -Premium Plan: $4056 per 12 months ($4,056/12 months)

  • When will the products be shipped?

    Your initial sign-up date will be considered the first day, and thereafter, the products will be dispatched on the same day each month.

  • Can I change my plan later?

    You can upgrade or change any plan. At the time of contract renewal for each plan, please terminate your current plan and re-subscribe to the plan of your choice.

  • How can I check the shipping date of my next product?

    You can make changes on My Page. Additionally, our staff are always available to assist you. For instance, if you want to reschedule the next shipment date, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can I cancel a subscription after just one subscription?

    Cancellation is possible for almost all plans. However, for the Light plan, we require a minimum subscription period of three months.

  • Will there be shipping fees charged on my order?

  • Why haven't I received my subscription products even though I don't remember stopping it?

    If you have not received your subscription order, there could be several reasons:

    1) Delivery in Progress:
    First, please check the status of your subscription on My Page. If your order has already been dispatched, you can check its delivery status there.

    2) Automatic Cancellation due to Payment Error:
    If the billing fails on the scheduled billing day, we will attempt to charge your account three more times on subsequent days. If all three attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled automatically.
