  • What are the payment intervals?

    The payment intervals for each plan are as follows:

    -Light Plan: $405 per month (10% saving off RRP)
    -Basic Plan: $1149 per 3 months (15% saving off RRP)

    Your initial sign-up date will be considered the first day, and thereafter, the products will be dispatched on the same day each month.

    If you have not received your subscription order, there could be several reasons:

    1) Delivery in Progress:
    First, please check the status of your subscription on My Page. If your order has already been dispatched, you can check its delivery status there.

    2) Automatic Cancellation due to Payment Error:
    If the billing fails on the scheduled billing day, we will attempt to charge your account three more times on subsequent days. If all three attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled automatically.
